This 2 day workshop will help you discover your creative artistic power and celebrate the joy of being with colour. Working with paint is a beautiful way to explore how to give ourselves the permission to feel free.
The days will allow listening to your body, resting in the felt sense of your being so that you can allow the voice of the paint and your own spirit to dialogue and be heard.
A peaceful and joyful time of creativity with an artwork of your own to take home at the end. (If you are in Edinburgh) You will be provided paper for preparatory exercises and with a 60x60 cm canvas or your final piece, as well as an array of paints and brushes to work with during the weekend.
